You’ve trusted us with information about your meetings where you’re having private conversations with customers, partners, employees, students, or even family members. That’s a privilege we take seriously, and we take every step possible to ensure that your data is safe and secure. This page describes the data we store, why we store it, and how we protect it.

Data We Store About Users

When a user installs Working Live AI Meetings, we store information Zoom sends us, including:

  • First and Last name

  • Email address

  • Profile picture, if provided

Additionally, we receive a private and unique “password” that allows us to retrieve specific meeting information for you in the future. This password is NOT the password you created, and is unique to Working Live AI Meetings. You can disable this password at any time by uninstalling the app.

Data We Store About Meetings

After a meeting is transcribed, we gather basic meeting information, such as the start time, topic, and the list of participants, including their name (the name they entered when joining the meeting) and email (when available).

Stored Transcript Information

Zoom provides a transcript of what was said during the meeting. Working Live AI Meetings analyzes the words in that transcript instantly and delivers your Working Live AI Meetings report. We retain an encrypted copy of the transcript content for up to 1 week for the purposes of training our Natural Language Understanding technology. This transcript is always anonymized when used to train our systems. Within 1 week, the encrypted transcript is completely deleted from our systems, and we retain only the quantitative analysis of that transcript.

Data Retention

Your account information and meeting analysis data will be stored securely for as long as you maintain an account with Working Live AI Meetings. If you would like to opt out of transcript retention, you may contact our support team to request that.

How We Protect Your Data

Every piece of information in our database is encrypted at industry-leading standards.

Deleting Your Data

If you want to stop Working Live AI Meetings emails and delete your account, simply uninstall the app. Once you uninstall the app, we will immediately delete your account, including any information about your meetings in our database.
